WORKING WITH MAX WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE! HIS PROGRAM WAS EASY TO FOLLOW, CHALLENGING, AND A LOT OF FUN! MAX WAS EASY TO TALK TO, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND ALWAYS RESPONSIVE TO MY QUESTIONS OR ROADBLOCKS!

OVERALL, THERE ISN'T MUCH I WOULD CHANGE ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE. MAX TOOK THE TIME TO REALLY LISTEN TO WHAT I WANTED OUT OF THE PROGRAM, AND HAVING EVERYTHING ONLINE MADE IT CONVENIENT, EASY TO USE, AND HELPED TO KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE IN REACHING MY GOALS. THANKS AGAIN!

Max was amazing to work with, I gave him a clear understanding of what my goals were and what would work for my lifestyle. He was able to design a plan around all my needs, keeping the nutrition aspect very flexible, easy to understand and follow. Keeping my workouts challenging and enjoyable. He was there to answer any questions or problems I had, and would address them immediately. Very happy with his program and the results I got!

WHEN I FIRST STARTED WITH MAX MY KNOWLEDGE FOR EXERCISE AND NUTRITION WERE NOT THE BEST. HE WAS ABLE TO TEACH ME MORE ABOUT BOTH NUTRITION AND EXERCISE, WITH EASY TO FOLLOW STEPS. I WANTED TO IMPROVE MY OVERALL HEALTH AND WELL BEING. THAT QUICKLY TURNED INTO WANTING MORE, I WANTED TO GET IN THE BEST PHYSICAL SHAPE I COULD AND HE HELPED ME GET THERE.

THIS IS MY OWN TRANSFORMATION, FROM 18YRS - 22YRS. THIS IS 4 YEARS BETWEEN PHOTOS, AN INTUITIVE STYLE OF EATING, FOLLOWING A BASIC MUSCLE BUILDING FITNESS REGUME. I’VE ALWAYS BEEN A LEAN PERSON, SO IT WAS A VERY SLOW PROCESS TO CONSISTENTLY BUILD MUSCLE AND STAY LEAN. OF COURSE THERE WAS STALLS ALONG THE WAY, BUT I DIDNT GET DISCOURAGED AND MADE MINOR CHANGES AND WAITED FOR MY BODY TO RESPOND. IF IT WAS GOOD THEN I STUCK TO IT, IF NOTHING HAPPENED I KNEW I HAD TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO CHANGE OR ADD.
